Last Updated: 14 March 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Palmdale Resort (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, enquiries, reservations, accommodation, dining, banquet facilities, wedding celebrations, conferences, and other hospitality services.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or making a reservation with Palmdale Resort, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional booking-specific terms communicated to you.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of the website. Certain services may be subject to separate written agreements, quotations, booking confirmations, or event-specific conditions.

2. Website Use

2.1 Eligibility

You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to make a reservation or enter into a service contract. Where a booking involves a minor, a parent, guardian, or legally authorized adult may be required to make or manage the reservation.

2.2 Permitted Use

You may use our website to learn about Palmdale Resort, enquire about our facilities, request quotations, and make legitimate booking enquiries.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent information, or engage in activities that violate applicable laws.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or booking requests. Incorrect contact details, guest counts, event dates, or other material information may delay confirmation or affect the arrangements for your booking.

3. Services and Facilities

Palmdale Resort offers hospitality and event-related services that may include:

  • Guest rooms and accommodation.

  • Restaurant and dining facilities.

  • Banquet halls and wedding venues.

  • Indoor and outdoor event spaces.

  • Birthday celebrations, receptions, and private functions.

  • Conference rooms and meeting facilities.

  • Poolside events and other available resort facilities.

  • Rooftop and other designated gathering spaces.

The availability of individual facilities, services, packages, and event spaces depends on the date, operational arrangements, capacity, maintenance requirements, and specific booking conditions.

Photographs, illustrations, descriptions, and promotional materials on our website are intended to provide general information. Actual arrangements, décor, furniture, room layouts, and inclusions may vary.

4. Enquiries, Reservations and Booking Confirmation

4.1 Enquiries Do Not Guarantee Reservations

Submitting an enquiry through our website, telephone, email, or WhatsApp does not automatically confirm a room reservation, banquet booking, event date, or other service.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Palmdale Resort.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking will be treated as confirmed only when the resort has accepted the booking and communicated confirmation through an authorized channel, subject to any required advance payment, signed agreement, or other stated conditions.

Guests should review their confirmation carefully, including the service booked, dates, timings, guest count, agreed charges, inclusions, and applicable conditions.

4.3 Changes to Bookings

Requests to change dates, timings, room categories, guest numbers, venue arrangements, or event requirements are subject to availability and approval.

Changes may affect the quoted price, required advance payment, or other booking conditions. Any revised arrangements should be confirmed in writing by the resort.

5. Room Reservations and Accommodation

5.1 Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out timings, identification requirements, occupancy limits, and other accommodation rules will be communicated during the booking process or at the resort.

Early check-in, late check-out, additional occupancy, and special room requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

5.2 Guest Identification

Guests must provide valid identification and other documentation required under applicable Indian law and resort procedures.

Foreign nationals must provide the documentation required under applicable immigration and registration rules.

5.3 Room Allocation

Room preferences and special requests will be accommodated wherever reasonably possible but cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

5.4 Occupancy and Visitors

Guests must comply with the occupancy limits and visitor policies communicated by the resort. Additional guests, visitors, or overnight occupants may require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

6. Weddings, Banquets and Event Bookings

6.1 Event Details

For weddings, receptions, birthdays, corporate functions, conferences, and other events, the booking party must provide accurate information about the event date, timings, expected attendance, venue requirements, and requested services.

6.2 Quotations and Inclusions

Event quotations will specify the applicable services, venue, agreed charges, inclusions, and other relevant conditions.

Decorations, catering, entertainment, sound systems, lighting, photography, DJ services, accommodation, and other arrangements are included only when expressly stated in the accepted quotation or booking agreement.

6.3 Guest Capacity and Safety

Events must remain within the approved capacity of the booked venue and comply with applicable safety requirements and resort instructions.

Palmdale Resort may restrict entry, modify arrangements, or require corrective action where guest numbers, equipment, activities, or event operations create safety concerns or violate applicable requirements.

6.4 External Vendors

Outside decorators, caterers, entertainers, photographers, equipment suppliers, and other vendors may require prior written approval.

Approved vendors must follow the resort’s access, setup, safety, hygiene, electrical, fire-safety, and operational requirements.

6.5 Event Timings and Noise

All events must follow the timings agreed with the resort and comply with applicable noise restrictions, permissions, and local regulations.

Additional time, extended venue use, or changes to the event schedule require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

6.6 Damage and Additional Expenses

The booking party may be responsible, subject to applicable law and the booking agreement, for documented damage caused by the party or its guests, unauthorized installations, or additional services requested beyond the agreed arrangements.

7. Rates, Payments and Taxes

7.1 Prices and Quotations

Rates may vary depending on the date, season, room category, event requirements, guest count, package, and availability.

A quotation is subject to the validity period and conditions stated in it. The final payable amount will be determined by the accepted quotation, booking confirmation, or applicable service agreement.

7.2 Advance Payments

An advance payment, booking deposit, or other payment may be required to secure a reservation or event booking. The amount, due date, and conditions will be communicated before confirmation.

7.3 Outstanding Payments

Guests and booking parties must pay all agreed charges by the specified deadlines. Additional charges may apply for approved extra services, additional occupancy, extended event timings, or other items not included in the original booking.

7.4 Taxes and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be communicated or reflected in the quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation, as required by law.

7.5 Payment Verification

Payments should be made only through authorized payment methods communicated by Palmdale Resort. Guests should retain payment receipts and transaction references for verification.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

8.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may differ for room reservations, wedding bookings, banquet events, conferences, and other services.

The applicable cancellation deadline, deductions, advance-payment treatment, and refund conditions will be communicated in the accepted quotation, booking confirmation, or applicable written agreement.

8.2 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and written approval. Revised rates, date-specific charges, vendor commitments, or other expenses may apply.

8.3 Refund Processing

Where a refund is due under the applicable booking terms, it will be processed through the appropriate payment method, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.

Any applicable refund timelines or administrative charges will be communicated under the relevant booking conditions.

8.4 Failure to Arrive or Attend

Failure to arrive for a reservation or attend a booked event without appropriate notice may be treated in accordance with the cancellation or no-show terms communicated for that booking.

Important: No cancellation deadline, non-refundable deposit, or fixed refund percentage should be assumed unless it has been clearly communicated and accepted as part of the applicable booking terms.

9. Restaurant, Food and Beverage Services

Restaurant and food services are subject to operating hours, menu availability, seating availability, and the terms communicated at the time of booking.

Special dietary requests and allergies should be disclosed in advance. Although reasonable precautions may be taken, guests should inform the resort of any serious allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order or confirming a catering arrangement.

Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas or under particular event packages. Guests should obtain prior approval where necessary.

Alcoholic beverages, where offered, are subject to applicable licensing requirements, legal age restrictions, and other relevant laws. Guests must comply with all applicable restrictions.

10. Pool and Other Resort Facilities

Use of the swimming pool and other recreational facilities is subject to posted rules, operating hours, access restrictions, and safety instructions.

Guests must supervise children appropriately and comply with any applicable age, health, hygiene, clothing, and safety requirements.

The resort may temporarily restrict or close a facility for maintenance, weather conditions, safety concerns, private events, or operational reasons. Where a facility is specifically included in a confirmed booking, the resort will address any resulting issue in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

11. Guest Conduct and Resort Rules

All guests, visitors, vendors, and event attendees must behave respectfully and follow the resort’s reasonable instructions.

The following activities are prohibited where unlawful, unauthorized, or contrary to resort rules:

  • Harassment, abusive behaviour, threats, or violence.

  • Possession or use of illegal substances.

  • Damage to resort property, equipment, furniture, or facilities.

  • Unauthorized access to restricted areas.

  • Unsafe use of electrical equipment, decorations, or event installations.

  • Activities that create unreasonable disturbance or endanger other guests.

  • Smoking in designated non-smoking areas or other prohibited locations.

  • Any unlawful activity or violation of applicable safety requirements.

Palmdale Resort may take proportionate action, including restricting access or ending a service where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or the protection of guests and property, subject to applicable law and the relevant booking agreement.

12. Personal Belongings and Property Damage

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings and complying with any instructions concerning valuables and storage.

The resort will handle lost-property enquiries in accordance with its procedures. Any responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances of the incident.

Guests or booking parties may be held responsible for proven damage attributable to their actions or the actions of their guests, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website content, text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, and other materials are owned by Palmdale Resort or used with permission from their respective rights holders.

You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by applicable law.

14. Third-Party Services and External Links

Our website or resort services may refer to third-party websites, payment processors, messaging platforms, maps, vendors, or other external services.

Such services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Palmdale Resort does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their separate practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any third-party services arranged as part of a booking will be subject to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.

15. Website Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy at all times, or freedom from technical errors.

Website content is provided for general information and does not replace a written quotation, confirmed reservation, or signed event agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right, statutory protection, or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Palmdale Resort will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Any responsibility relating to a confirmed reservation or event will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking agreement.

17. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

The resort may be affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.

Where such circumstances materially affect a confirmed booking, the resort and the customer will seek to address the situation in accordance with applicable law and the agreed booking terms. Available options may include revised arrangements, rescheduling, or other appropriate remedies, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this section removes rights or obligations that apply under mandatory law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or costs arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, or damage caused by you or your guests, where such responsibility is established under applicable law and the relevant booking agreement.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify Palmdale Resort for losses caused by the resort’s own acts or omissions where such indemnification would be unlawful.

19. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information submitted through our website or during a booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection law.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

In the event of a concern or dispute, the parties are encouraged to contact the resort first to seek a reasonable resolution.

Any formal dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and by the competent courts or other legally authorized forum having jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights or access to an appropriate legal remedy.

Palmdale Resort may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operating procedures, website, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply as permitted by law. Any existing booking will remain subject to its accepted booking terms and any lawful changes agreed by the parties.
